No Reason Not to Try

Yesterday we implemented a trial period for the paid products. The registration process hasn’t changed: you register for a free product on the website and choose for one of the paid product in the dashboard Product Upgrade section, after which you enter your billing info.

What has changed is that after filling in this info, no money will be charged for the first 14 days of your subscription, allowing you to cancel in the unlikely event that Userlike didn’t meet your expectations. This way you can freely experience how the premium features work out for you and your site!

Soon we will also implement a feature that allows you to up- or downgrade from one product to another. Stay tuned!
