The AI models are hosted exclusively on Microsoft Azure and AWS Bedrock— two platforms that are already established in many companies, for example through Microsoft Teams, and meet the highest security standards.

How much does Connect AI cost?
Connect AI is available starting with the Team plan. The cost per AI agent is €99 per month, including 100 conversations. For the AI Copilot, you pay €19 per month per user/operator. There are no additional costs, so you retain full cost control when automating your customer service.
