This customer support solution offers full platform-compatibility on Web, iOS and Android. Their single-page customer overview focuses on comprehensibility without missing out on any crucial information. As UserVoice puts it, their solution “integrates easy-to-use feedback, helpdesk, and knowledge base management tools in one platform that empowers users to speak and companies to understand.”
Our integration enables you to create new UserVoice tickets directly from offline messages received via Userlike. The same function works for sending Userlike chat transcripts to UserVoice. If you are in an active Chat and want to transfer data about your customer and the conversation, you can trigger a UserVoice ticket right from the current session.
