What is the AI Automation Hub?
The Lime Connect AI Automation Hub is your holistic platform for automated customer communication. At its core is a powerful central knowledge base, ready to connect with as many AI tools as you need – AI chatbots, Smart FAQ, or Form Suggest. Built on Lime Connect’s specialized support AI and GPT-4, this self-learning system delivers instant answers and automates workflows. The result: faster responses, consistent quality, and synergy between human and AI agents.
How do I set up the AI knowledge base?
You have three options to set up your knowledge base:
- import information from your website with just one click.
- manually add question-answer combinations
- import an existing CSV file with your FAQs
How can I import information from my website automatically?
You have two options for importing data from your website into the central knowledge base:
Website crawl – Import specific domain URLs. The AI will extract questions and answers from these pages, which you can then review and adjust in your knowledge base. Note: This is a one-time data import and does not sync with future changes.
Website sync – Sync a data source of your choice, such as your website domain (including all subpages), with the knowledge base. The chatbot will update the knowledge base every 24 hours to reflect any changes made to your website. Note: In this mode, you will not see a question–answer structure in the knowledge base.
Does it make sense to use the AI Automation Hub, if I only want an AI chatbot?
Yes, absolutely. The AI Automation Hub simply gives you access to additional features like Smart FAQ and Form Suggest, which connect seamlessly to the same knowledge base your chatbot uses. In fact, our AI chatbot solution is among the most affordable on the market, making it easy for businesses of all sizes to benefit from AI-powered support automation.
Is the chatbot as advanced as ChatGPT?
Lime Connect is powered by GPT-4, bringing the advanced capabilities you expect from ChatGPT, while significantly reducing the risk of hallucinations or inappropriate responses. It’s a specialized AI, designed specifically for reliable customer communication.
Are Lime Connect and its AI tools GDPR-compliant?
Our AI is hosted via Amazon Web Services in Germany. The legal bases for any third country transfers are the SCC and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Is customer data exchanged with OpenAI?
The GPT-4 integration is provided via the OpenAI service from Microsoft Azure. Servers are located in Belgium, the Netherlands and the UK. The legal bases for any third country transfers are the SCC and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Are all three AI modules included in the add-on-pricing?
Yes, all three modules – the AI Chatbot, Form Suggest, and Smart FAQ are included in the AI Automation Hub add-on. Starting from the Cooperate package, even a Workflow is included. Additional Smart FAQ and Workflows can be added to any package. You can find the current prices on our FAQ page.
How much does the AI Automation Hub cost?
The monthly fee for the AI Automation Hub depends on the number of requests handled by the AI Chatbot or Form Suggest. When you get started, you select the maximum number of automated interactions you need per month – from 100 interactions up.
The more interactions you book, the lower the cost per interaction. If you don’t use all your monthly interactions, you can use them in any other month. So nothing is “going to waste”.
For Smart FAQ and Workflows, you pay a fixed monthly price, no matter how often they are used. You can find the current prices on our FAQ page.
